Recently, I was shopping around to get my website redesigned, and Todd was one of the people I spoke with. For me, this was a tricky process, since I'm not very knowledgeable about the technicalities or even some of the commonly-used terms, and so it was a bit of a learning curve just to get comfortable with understanding the basic nuts and bolts. Todd was very friendly and approachable, and really took the time to walk me through the unfamiliar landscape of what I would be dealing with in achieving my goals of website design and search engine optimization.
Alas, I decided to go with the Joomla platform which Todd does, but at an additional cost, however, there was no doubt in my mind (even with as little as I know) that he knew what he was talking about, and was very competent at his craft. He was also very proactive: within a very short time he had assembled links to other websites and drawn up a brief list of what he thought should be our action plan, and then he both emailed and telephoned me to that effect. Not hiring him was really a tough decision for me to make because I found him to be so personable and articulate; I liked him so much that I offered to write up a little testimonial about my great experience with him, and he took me up on it.
